Have These Ready Before You Pick Up the Phone

1. The manufacturer and model from the data plate on the leveler, door or restraint, if you can read it.
2. A short description of the symptom, such as noises, leaks, slow travel or a fault light on the control box.
3. How many dock positions are affected and which hours a door can be taken out of service.
